Order and Eat Now

Order and Eat Now is the admin portal I helped build at Whitesoft for Colombian restaurants, hotels, and service businesses. It gives owners one place to manage sales, customers, receipts, and day-to-day operations.

The context

Whitesoft served small and medium businesses with different operating models. The dashboard had to make a broad set of services feel clear and consistent without forcing every business into the same workflow.

What the portal does

• Sales tracking with daily, weekly, and monthly views
• Customer records tied to their order history
• Receipt management for accounting and reconciliation
• Business-level configuration for menus, services, and hours

My part

I worked across the stack, from the React dashboard to the services behind it. I also improved the customer experience so new businesses could adopt the platform faster. That work contributed to an estimated 23% increase in adoption and revenue.
